8:00 - 8:30: The shuttle bus (book in the next step with an additional fee) will pick you up from your accommodation in Hanoi Old Quarter. It takes around 2 hours and 30 minutes (156 km) to get to Tuan Chau Marina in Halong City.

Along the journey, you can take a short rest at the Ha Long Pearl, where you can learn about the different stages of pearl cultivation. It is also a great chance to purchase sparkling pearl-based souvenirs and bring home a piece of the region's unique culture and craftsmanship.

11:45 - 12:10: As soon as you reach the Capella Cruise Lounge at No. 27 Tuan Chau Marina, the staff will help you to complete the check-in process. Then, you will be transferred by a tender in about 15 minutes to board the main ship.

In addition to receiving your room key, you will be served a welcome drink as you listen to the cruise manager’s introduction and safety procedures. After that, let’s leave your luggage and get ready to enjoy a buffet lunch at Harmony of the Sea restaurant!

Afternoon

It is time to join Infinity Water Slide from Capella Cruise, one of the two Halong Bay cruise owning this unique entertaining activity. For more water-based choices, you should try kayaking and swimming in crystal water around the Ao Ech Area. Here, you can immerse in the pristine natural beauty of poetic and appealing rocky karst mountains.

Alternatively, you can participate in relaxing activities at Oasis Pool and Jacuzzi, or play golf at the mini-golf course on the sundeck.

Happy Hour - Buy 02 Get 01 event will be held at Spirit of the Sea Lounge or Ocean Sky sundeck from 17:00 to 18:00. This is the time when you can enjoy fresh snacks, sip drinks, and catch the most breathtaking Lan Ha Bay sunset.

Meanwhile, a cooking class allows everyone to learn more about Vietnamese cuisine and make fresh or deep-fried spring rolls. Moreover, you can probably get an amazing cooking certificate after finishing.

Night

Be indulged in a gourmet dinner at the restaurant, adding another layer of enjoyment to your F&B experience onboard.

It’s time for you to freely take part in nightlife activities such as watching a film in the Spirit of the Sea lounge, which provides tasty popcorn, and singing karaoke with your loved ones in the Sea Melody Theatre. Otherwise, engaging in exciting board games in the Cigar & Poker room or trying freshly caught squid will also be thrilling activities.

6:00 - 6:15: Let’s welcome a new day with the Tai Chi session on the sundeck. This wellness exercise is ideal for early birds to refresh their body and minds after being busy on the first day.

Afterward, your energy will be fulfilled with a light buffet breakfast including delectable starters, appetizers with a selection, and various beverages at Harmony of the Sea restaurant.

Then, we will transfer you to our tender to visit Dark & Bright Cave by bamboo boat. The calm waters and the gentle movement of the boat allow you to appreciate the geological formations and shadows within the cave fully.

9:00 - 9:30: After you've finished exploring, it is time to return to the cabin and recheck your personal belongings before checking out.

10:30 - 11:00: You will have a delightful buffet brunch while cruising toward Halong Bay before saying goodbye and thanks to crew members, and then moving to the tender to get back to Tuan Chau Pier.

Afternoon

Upon reaching the port, you can spend some time relaxing in Capella Lounge and wait for the transfer to Hanoi (book in the next step with an additional fee). You’re estimated to reach the old quarter at 14:30 - 15:00.

8:00 - 8:30: You’ll be picked up by a shuttle bus (book in the next step with an additional fee) from your accommodation in Hanoi Old Quarter and transported to Halong.

It will take about a 2.5-hour drive on the highway to reach the Halong Pearl export processing area. You can buy some souvenirs from local pearl products, and then gain valuable insights into cultivating pearls. 

You might arrive at Capella's waiting lounge at No.27 Tuan Chau Pier, to process check-in at around 11:45 - 12:10. After that, you will be transferred to Capella's tender to get the main ship.

Upon reaching the cruise, a beverage will be served as a part of the warm welcome from the crew. You will receive your room key and listen to the cruise manager briefing the ship's introduction and safety procedures before check-in.

Afterward, it is time for you to savor a delicious buffet lunch served in Harmony of the Sea restaurant and relish the majestic natural scenery of Lan Ha Bay.

Anchor at Ao Ech Area, which is well-known for its natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere. There are rocky mountains around the area as well as the pure sea with a few isolated, pristine beaches.

You can participate in several exhilarating water activities such as sliding down the inflatable water slide, swimming, or paddling on a kayak. 

Moreover, if you're a golf lover or just looking for a bit of leisurely fun, the sundeck is available for you to practice. Meanwhile, the Oasis Pool and Jacuzzi offer a perfect setting for relaxation while enjoying the scenic views around you.

A sunset party will be held from 17:00 - 18:00 when Happy Hour - Buy 02 Get 01 Free allows you to witness the splendor of Lan Ha Bay's sunset while sipping a cocktail. Otherwise, partaking in a Vietnamese cooking class would enhance your festive atmosphere and cooking experience.

After a busy day, fusion cuisine is served for dinner. You'll have the opportunity to enjoy a diverse range of flavors that reflect the local culture and cuisine.

Lan Ha Bay by night starts with vibrant entertainment options. You can choose to play board games at the Cigar & Poker room and share joyful moments with your loved ones when watching a movie at Spirit of The Sea lounge with popcorn.

Also, it is incredible to sing karaoke at Sea Melody Theatre, go squid fishing, or simply chill out in the Lounge and your private balcony with your lovers.

Let’s join the Tai Chi session on the sundeck to feel the pure Lan Ha Bay early atmosphere in each breath. A light breakfast is ready to fulfill energy for the excursion with diverse Western and Vietnamese foods.

The second-day excursion is on a small day boat, which is much more convenient for you to explore various off-the-beaten landscapes.

We are sailing to Viet Hai Village, where Cat Ba residents' long-standing cultural values and history date back more than a century ago. Upon arrival at the pier, you can choose a bicycle along the winding road or use an electric cart through the beautiful lagoon to the hidden village. Biking is a wonderful chance for you to discover the normal life of locals as well as catch a deep breath of picturesque mountains.

Here, you can visit an ancient house and interact with locals to learn about fishers' lifestyles and make rice wine. This is definitely an awesome experience highlighting your trip.

The journey continues to Ba Trai Dao Beach, whose name comes from the three small mountains that resemble peaches, rising dramatically from the sea. It is time for immersing in pristine water or sunbathing on white sand.

After admiring the sunset beauty, you will relish a gourmet dinner served at Harmony restaurant. At night, you’ll have a chance to take part in amusing activities or the unique experience of squid fishing. The crew will provide any necessary instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Morning

The last morning on Lan Ha Bay starts with a Tai Chi class at around 6:00 - 6:15. 

After a light breakfast, the guide will lead you to a tender and move to the floating port for a bamboo boat discovering Dark & Bright Cave. This system of water caverns makes you feel surprised when rowing into and seeing the amazing stone cliffs and lush trees.

9:00 - 9:30: Return to the Capella Cruise after the time of sightseeing. This is the time that you return to the cabin and recheck your personal belongings before checking out. On the way cruising toward the mainland, you’ll have some time to enjoy the last buffet brunch.

10:30 - 11:00: It’s time to say goodbye to the Capella Halong Bay cruise team. A tender will take you back to Tuan Chau Port after roughly 20 minutes.

When reaching the pier, you can take some time to relax in the Capella Lounge before being transferred to Hanoi (book in the next step with an additional fee) at around 14:30 - 15:00.
