Sailing Itinerary & Activities
11:00 – 11:45: - Guests arrive at the Ambassador Cruise reception lounge on the 1st floor of Halong International Cruise Port, Bai Chay Ward, Halong City, to complete the check-in procedures.
11:45 – 12:30: - Guests transfer to Ambassador Signature Cruise (anchored at Gia Luan Pier) by speedboat.
12:30 – 12:45: - At the Piano Lounge or onboard restaurant, guests will receive a briefing about the itinerary and safety regulations.
12:45 – 14:00: - Enjoy lunch at the restaurant while the cruise sails through the magnificent islands and limestone mountains of Lan Ha Bay.
15:00 – 16:45: - The first stop is Viet Hai Fishing Village, a peaceful and pristine village featuring unique traditional cultural values. Guests can explore the local lifestyle, visit the fish pond, bee house, ancient house, or enjoy a relaxing fish pond foot massage experience.
15:30 – 17:00: - For guests who do not join the excursion, they can relax on the sundeck or enjoy a peaceful afternoon with tea and exquisite pastries at the Piano Lounge. Guests can also choose to experience a spa treatment*.
17:30 – 18:30: - Ambassador Signature Cruise anchors at the overnight location. Guests can join a cooking class, admire the sunset, and enjoy special drink offers* with canapés prepared by the chef at the Piano Lounge or on the sundeck (weather permitting).
19:00: - Enjoy a premium dinner at the onboard restaurant. (Dress code: elegant, polite, and formal attire.)
21:00 – 23:00: - Enjoy live music performances by the band at the Piano Lounge while savoring fine wines and cocktails* at the bar. Guests can also participate in night squid fishing or relax in their cabins.
06:00 – 06:30: - Join a Tai Chi session on the sundeck (weather permitting) or at the Piano Lounge.
06:30 – 07:00: - Enjoy tea, coffee, and pastries at the restaurant.
07:00 – 08:00: - Explore Dark & Bright Cave, a cave featuring a frog-jaw-shaped structure with sparkling stalactites in various unique shapes and sizes hanging from the ceiling. The cave leads to a peaceful lake surrounded by magnificent limestone cliffs. Guests can admire the beauty of the cave by kayaking or taking a traditional bamboo boat rowed by local people (guests can choose one of the two complimentary activities).
08:30 – 09:30: - Enjoy breakfast at the restaurant while the cruise sails back to the harbor.
09:30 – 09:45: - Complete the check-out procedure and settle the bill at the reception counter. Guests can then relax at the Piano Lounge or admire the bay scenery from the sundeck before ending the journey.
10:15 – 10:30: - Transfer by speedboat from Ambassador Signature Cruise to Halong International Cruise Port.
Note: - The itinerary may be changed without prior notice. The restaurant/Piano Lounge areas provide Wi-Fi support; however, the Internet connection may be interrupted due to the geographical conditions of the bay.
Important Notes
- (*) The itinerary is subject to change without prior notice due to weather conditions.
- Guests are required to provide personal information (full name, gender, date of birth, permanent address, ID card/Passport number, and visa expiry date, if applicable) at least 48 hours before departure for overnight stay registration with the Ha Long Bay Management Board.
- A corkage fee will be charged for any beverages brought onboard, except for infant drinks or beverages prescribed by a doctor.
- The above rates are applicable to Vietnamese nationals only.
- The itinerary may be adjusted depending on weather and tidal conditions. Swimming and kayaking activities may be canceled in case of unfavorable weather. Unused services are non-refundable.
- Meals include a selection of Vietnamese, seafood, and international dishes. Guests with special dietary requirements, food allergies, or specific meal requests are kindly requested to inform us at least one week before departure.
- For the safety of all passengers, the overnight cruise program is not recommended for the following guests:
- Individuals who are not physically or mentally fit to participate in the program.
- Individuals with symptoms of hallucinations, sleepwalking, claustrophobia, or epilepsy.
- Elderly guests aged 80 years or above.
- Guests weighing over 100 kg (Vietnamese nationals) or 120 kg (foreign nationals).

14:00 – 15:30: - Visit Cat Ba National Park, one of the largest protected forests in Vietnam and recognized by UNESCO as a World Biosphere Reserve. The park preserves diverse ecosystems, including marine ecosystems, terrestrial forests, mangrove forests, and many rare species of flora and fauna.
15:45 – 16:30: - Transfer by speedboat to Gia Luan Pier and return to the cruise.

Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation: If your cancellation is made up to 7 days before your departure date, you won't be charged any fee.
3 to 7 days before departure: 50% charge of the total booking cost.
Less than 3 days before departure: 100% charge of the total booking cost.
