1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Vietnam Travel Advisor website and services. By accessing our website or booking a tour, you agree to these terms.
2. Booking & Payment
- All tour inquiries are free and non-binding until confirmed by both parties
- A deposit may be required to confirm your booking (varies by tour)
- Full payment is typically required 14 days before departure
- Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
3. Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days before departure: full refund (minus bank fees)
- 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before departure: no refund
- We reserve the right to cancel tours due to force majeure events
4. Tour Changes
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, suitable alternatives will be provided.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings. Travel insurance is not included in our tour prices.
6. Liability
Vietnam Travel Advisor acts as an agent for hotels, transport companies, and other service providers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from services provided by third parties.
7. Reviews
Guest reviews submitted on our website are moderated. We reserve the right to reject or remove reviews that contain offensive language, false information, or spam.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Vietnam Travel Advisor and is protected by copyright laws.
