Sailing Itinerary & Activities
08:00 – 09:00: - Pick up guests at hotels located in Hanoi Old Quarter.
12:00: - Arrive at the waiting lounge at No. 11, Tuan Chau International Harbor. AQUA OF THE SEAS Cruise receptionist will assist guests with check-in procedures at the customs area.
12:30: - Transfer by speedboat to AQUA OF THE SEAS Cruise and admire the mysterious beauty of Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay.
- The captain, cruise manager, and crew members warmly welcome guests onboard with a welcome drink and provide a safety briefing before handing over the cabin keys.
13:00: - Enjoy lunch at the restaurant while admiring the panoramic views of Lan Ha Bay.
16:00: - AQUA OF THE SEAS Cruise moves closer to Ba Trai Dao Beach (or Tra Bau Area) in Lan Ha Bay, featuring around 400 large and small islands.
- Kayaking and swimming are ideal activities to experience the beauty of the bay.
17:00: - Return to AQUA OF THE SEAS Cruise and relax onboard. Don’t miss the sundeck area to enjoy the sunset over Lan Ha Bay.
17:15: - Enjoy afternoon tea or join a Vietnamese traditional cooking class.
19:30: - Enjoy dinner in the luxurious and romantic atmosphere of the onboard restaurant.
21:30: - Admire the magical nighttime scenery of Lan Ha Bay at the bar, join karaoke, relax on the sundeck, or try squid fishing at night.
Overnight: - Stay overnight on AQUA OF THE SEAS Cruise.
06:30: - Join a Tai Chi session on the sundeck of the luxurious AQUA OF THE SEAS Cruise. Enjoy the sunrise, fresh air, peaceful atmosphere, and poetic scenery of Lan Ha Bay with gentle background music as a new day begins.
06:45: - Enjoy breakfast onboard.
07:30 – 08:45: - Continue the journey to Dark & Bright Cave. Guests can relax onboard or take a traditional bamboo boat rowed by local people to visit and explore the pristine beauty of this area.
09:30: - Complete the check-out procedure.
10:00: - Enjoy lunch onboard.
11:50 – 12:00: - AQUA OF THE SEAS Cruise arrives at Tuan Chau Harbor. Guests disembark and the shuttle bus transfers them back to Hanoi.
- End of the 2-day 1-night Halong Bay – Lan Ha Bay cruise tour.
Important Notes
- (*) The itinerary is subject to change without prior notice due to weather conditions.
- Guests are required to provide personal information (full name, gender, date of birth, permanent address, ID card/Passport number, and visa expiry date, if applicable) at least 48 hours before departure for overnight stay registration with the Ha Long Bay Management Board.
- A corkage fee will be charged for any beverages brought onboard, except for infant drinks or beverages prescribed by a doctor.
- The above rates are applicable to Vietnamese nationals only.
- The itinerary may be adjusted depending on weather and tidal conditions. Swimming and kayaking activities may be canceled in case of unfavorable weather. Unused services are non-refundable.
- Meals include a selection of Vietnamese, seafood, and international dishes. Guests with special dietary requirements, food allergies, or specific meal requests are kindly requested to inform us at least one week before departure.
- For the safety of all passengers, the overnight cruise program is not recommended for the following guests:
- Individuals who are not physically or mentally fit to participate in the program.
- Individuals with symptoms of hallucinations, sleepwalking, claustrophobia, or epilepsy.
- Elderly guests aged 80 years or above.
- Guests weighing over 100 kg (Vietnamese nationals) or 120 kg (foreign nationals).

12:30: - Guests will be transferred by speedboat to AQUA OF THE SEAS Cruise, admiring the mysterious beauty of Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay along the way.
- The captain, cruise manager, and crew members warmly welcome guests onboard with a refreshing welcome drink. A safety briefing will be provided before cabin keys are delivered.
13:00: - Enjoy lunch at the onboard restaurant while taking in the panoramic views of Lan Ha Bay.
16:00: - AQUA OF THE SEAS Cruise sails closer to Ba Trai Dao Beach (or Tra Bau Area) in Lan Ha Bay, an area featuring hundreds of magnificent limestone islands.
- Guests can enjoy kayaking and swimming, which are ideal activities to explore the natural beauty of the bay.
17:00: - Return to AQUA OF THE SEAS Cruise and relax onboard. Don’t miss the sundeck area to enjoy the stunning sunset over Lan Ha Bay.
17:15: - Enjoy afternoon tea or join a Vietnamese traditional cooking class.
19:30: - Enjoy dinner at the onboard restaurant in a luxurious and romantic atmosphere.
21:30: - Admire the magical nighttime scenery of Lan Ha Bay from the bar, join a karaoke session, or relax on the sundeck. Guests can also participate in squid fishing as a nighttime activity.

- Relax onboard and prepare to transfer to the day boat for the next journey to explore the beautiful and untouched areas of Lan Ha Bay.
- Visit Viet Hai Village, located in the Cat Ba Biosphere Reserve.
- The tour guide will take guests to Viet Hai Village, where they can cycle through peaceful village paths and tropical forests while enjoying the stunning natural scenery.
- Visit a local family’s house to experience the daily life of local residents. Guests can also spend time learning about the culture or relaxing with a fish massage experience.

Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation: If your cancellation is made up to 7 days before your departure date, you won't be charged any fee.
3 to 7 days before departure: 50% charge of the total booking cost.
Less than 3 days before departure: 100% charge of the total booking cost.
