Sailing Itinerary & Activities
08:30 – 08:45 – Aspira Shuttle Bus picks up guests from hotels or meeting points in Hanoi Old Quarter.
(For guests traveling to Ha Long independently, Aspira staff will welcome you at Lot 07, Tuan Chau International Marina between 11:45 and 12:00.)
10:00 – Take a short break at a stopover in Hai Duong for approximately 20–30 minutes before continuing the journey to Ha Long.
11:45 – 12:00 – Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina. Cruise staff welcome guests and assist with the check-in procedure. Guests then transfer to Aspira Cruise by speedboat.
12:30 – 12:45 – Board Aspira Cruise and enjoy a refreshing welcome drink and cold towel while receiving a safety briefing before checking in to your cabin.
13:00 – 13:30 – After checking in and relaxing, explore the cruise facilities. Enjoy lunch at the luxurious onboard restaurant while the cruise sails to explore the stunning beauty of Lan Ha Bay.
15:00 – 16:00 – The cruise arrives at Ba Trai Dao Area. Enjoy exciting activities such as swimming in crystal-clear waters, kayaking to explore the area, or relaxing and sunbathing on the sundeck.
16:30 – 17:30 – Join the Sunset Party & Happy Hour. Enjoy a refreshing cocktail while admiring the spectacular sunset over the bay, relax in the rooftop Jacuzzi, sunbathe, or explore and take photos around the cruise. Guests can also enjoy the "Buy 2 drinks, get 1 free" promotion.
18:00 – Join a fruit and vegetable carving demonstration guided by the onboard chef.
Guests can also enjoy an onboard massage service (please make a reservation with the Cruise Manager in advance). The cruise also features an elevated gym area offering panoramic views of the bay.
Before dinner, the Captain anchors the cruise at the peaceful Tra Bau Area.
19:00 – Enjoy a wonderful dinner on board.
20:45 – After dinner, admire the nighttime scenery of the bay from the sundeck. Relax with drinks at the bar, enjoy music, play games, try night squid fishing, or experience the onboard spa service.
06:15 – Wake up early and join a refreshing Tai Chi session on the sundeck, or choose to work out at the onboard gym.
07:00 – 08:00 – Enjoy breakfast at the onboard restaurant.
08:00 – 09:00 – Explore Lan Ha Bay by kayak. Paddle through the stunning limestone islands and discover the unique natural beauty that makes Ha Long Bay famous.
09:00 – 09:30 – Return to the cruise and complete the check-out procedure. Enjoy lunch and settle any remaining onboard expenses.
11:30 – Transfer by speedboat back to the harbor.
12:15 – Transfer guests to the Dcar shuttle bus for the journey back to Hanoi (for guests using Aspira's transportation service).
15:00 – Arrive in Hanoi, marking the end of your memorable journey. Thank you for traveling with us, and we look forward to welcoming you again.
Important Notes
- (*) The itinerary is subject to change without prior notice due to weather conditions.
- Guests are required to provide personal information (full name, gender, date of birth, permanent address, ID card/Passport number, and visa expiry date, if applicable) at least 48 hours before departure for overnight stay registration with the Ha Long Bay Management Board.
- A corkage fee will be charged for any beverages brought onboard, except for infant drinks or beverages prescribed by a doctor.
- The above rates are applicable to Vietnamese nationals only.
- The itinerary may be adjusted depending on weather and tidal conditions. Swimming and kayaking activities may be canceled in case of unfavorable weather. Unused services are non-refundable.
- Meals include a selection of Vietnamese, seafood, and international dishes. Guests with special dietary requirements, food allergies, or specific meal requests are kindly requested to inform us at least one week before departure.
- For the safety of all passengers, the overnight cruise program is not recommended for the following guests:
- Individuals who are not physically or mentally fit to participate in the program.
- Individuals with symptoms of hallucinations, sleepwalking, claustrophobia, or epilepsy.
- Elderly guests aged 80 years or above.
- Guests weighing over 100 kg (Vietnamese nationals) or 120 kg (foreign nationals).
08:30 – 09:00 – Pick-up from hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter. Travel via the expressway and reach Tuan Chau Marina in approximately 2.5 hours.
(For guests not using the shuttle service, please make your own way to Aspira Cruise Lounge – Tuan Chau Marina, Tuan Chau Island.)
11:30 – 12:00 – Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina. Complete the check-in procedure and relax before transferring by speedboat to Aspira Cruise.
12:30 – Arrive at Aspira Cruise and enjoy a welcome drink with a cold towel. Guests will receive a safety briefing before checking in to their cabins.
After a short rest, enjoy lunch at the Wiluxury Restaurant on board while admiring the beautiful waterways on the way to Ha Long Bay.
15:30 – Explore Dark & Bright Cave, where you can experience kayaking or a traditional bamboo boat rowed by local people. Return to Aspira Cruise and enjoy swimming near the cruise.
17:30 – Return to Aspira Cruise and admire the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin. Relax in the four-season swimming pool, enjoy a complimentary sunset party, and join the Happy Hour program available at all onboard bars.
18:00 – Join a traditional Vietnamese Cooking Class hosted by the onboard culinary team.
Guests can also enjoy an onboard massage service (please make a reservation directly with the Cruise Manager). The cruise features a fully equipped gym located on the upper deck, offering panoramic views of the bay and available free of charge.
Before dinner, the experienced Captain will select the most peaceful area for overnight anchorage.
19:00 – Enjoy a wonderful dinner featuring an unforgettable culinary experience on board.
20:45 – 00:00 – After dinner, admire the stunning nighttime scenery of the bay from the upper deck. Relax with romantic ballad music, enjoy drinks at the bar, try your luck with night squid fishing, watch movies, experience spa treatments, or unwind in your cabin.
06:30 – Start your day with a refreshing Tai Chi session. Wake up early and enjoy 30 minutes of Tai Chi while admiring the beautiful sunrise over the bay, preparing yourself for an exciting outdoor adventure.
07:30 – Enjoy breakfast on board with a selection of dishes including bread, pastries, eggs, ham, sausages, and more, providing enough energy for your exploration of Cat Ba Island and Lan Ha Bay.
08:30 – Transfer to the day boat for a journey to explore Cat Ba Island. Cruise through Lan Ha Bay and Ba Trai Dao Beach before heading directly to Viet Hai Village, located in the peaceful valley of Cat Ba National Park on Cat Ba Island.
10:00 – 12:00 – Explore Viet Hai Village. Arrive at Viet Hai Pier and cycle approximately 4 km to the village. Hidden deep in a valley surrounded by mountains, the village offers breathtaking scenery with rice fields, buffaloes, and peaceful rural landscapes. Stroll around the village, meet local residents, visit a local children's school, or explore the area on foot.
12:00 – 13:00 – Enjoy lunch on board. After cycling back to Viet Hai Pier, relax and sunbathe while the boat cruises through Lan Ha Bay towards Ba Trai Dao Beach. Enjoy swimming or kayaking in the crystal-clear waters.
14:00 – 16:00 – Explore the Ba Trai Dao Area by kayak. Guests can also relax on the private beach, swim, or sunbathe.
17:30 – Return to Aspira Cruise. The day boat brings guests back to the overnight area. Relax on the sundeck and enjoy the peaceful beauty of the bay after a full day of exploration. Join a Vietnamese Cooking Class and learn how to make traditional Vietnamese fried spring rolls.
19:30 – Enjoy dinner on board with a brand-new menu featuring fresh local seafood combined with Western-style dishes.
20:00 – Relax and enjoy your free time. Unwind with drinks, music, or an onboard massage service to refresh your body and mind.
22:00 – The cruise moves to the most peaceful overnight anchorage area. End your first day with a restful night's sleep on board.
06:15 – Wake up early and start your perfect day with a Tai Chi session. Alternatively, admire the sunrise from the top deck or enjoy the panoramic sunrise view from the onboard gym.
07:00 – Enjoy a light breakfast served at the onboard restaurant.
08:00 – From Gia Luan, take a bus transfer to Trung Trang Cave, known by locals as a "golden treasure" of Cat Ba Island. Discover this impressive cave featuring unique stalactites and stalagmites, located within Cat Ba National Park. Explore more than 300 meters of the cave system, where natural formations create fascinating shapes like incredible sculptures. After exiting the cave, step into a lush green landscape filled with thousands of trees and vines. Trung Trang Cave also features a beautiful natural forest ecosystem inside.
10:00 – Check out and enjoy a light meal at the onboard restaurant while the cruise sails back to the pier. Settle any additional expenses if applicable.
11:30 – Transfer by boat back to Tuan Chau Marina.
12:15 – Board the shuttle bus and return to Hanoi.
15:00 – Arrive in Hanoi, marking the end of your memorable journey.

Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation: If your cancellation is made up to 7 days before your departure date, you won't be charged any fee.
3 to 7 days before departure: 50% charge of the total booking cost.
Less than 3 days before departure: 100% charge of the total booking cost.
