12:45 – The Cruise Manager welcomes guests and provides an overview of the cruise, itinerary, and important safety instructions.
13:15 – Enjoy lunch featuring fresh and delicious ingredients from Ha Long Bay.
14:45 – Explore the famous Vung Vieng Floating Fishing Village by kayak.
15:30 – 16:30 – Relax on board or enjoy the complimentary onboard sauna if you prefer to unwind instead of joining other activities.
17:00 – 18:30 – Enjoy the Happy Hour promotion: Buy 1 Get 1 Free.
17:30 – Join the Vietnamese Cooking Class and discover the secrets of local cuisine.
19:00 – Enjoy dinner with the cruise's set menu.
21:00 – Join the night squid fishing activity or relax freely on board.
The bar remains open until late to serve guests. Overnight at the Cong Do Area.
06:30 – Join a Tai Chi session, one of the oldest traditional practices in East Asia. This is a wonderful experience to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere on the sundeck. Complimentary tea and coffee are available for guests.
07:00 – Enjoy breakfast on board.
07:30 – Explore Thien Canh Son Cave in Ha Long Bay and admire the stunning beauty of its natural stalactites and stalagmites.
*Note: Guests need to climb approximately 200 steps to reach the cave entrance.*
09:00 – Check-out time.
Please place your luggage outside your cabin and return the key to the reception desk. Our staff will transfer your luggage to the waiting lounge. Guests settle their bills at the reception.
09:30 – Enjoy an early lunch served at the restaurant on the second floor.
10:45 – The cruise arrives at the pier. Say goodbye to the crew, and we look forward to welcoming you again on Athena Cruise.
Important Notes
- (*) The itinerary is subject to change without prior notice due to weather conditions.
- Guests are required to provide personal information (full name, gender, date of birth, permanent address, ID card/Passport number, and visa expiry date, if applicable) at least 48 hours before departure for overnight stay registration with the Ha Long Bay Management Board.
- A corkage fee will be charged for any beverages brought onboard, except for infant drinks or beverages prescribed by a doctor.
- The above rates are applicable to Vietnamese nationals only.
- The itinerary may be adjusted depending on weather and tidal conditions. Swimming and kayaking activities may be canceled in case of unfavorable weather. Unused services are non-refundable.
- Meals include a selection of Vietnamese, seafood, and international dishes. Guests with special dietary requirements, food allergies, or specific meal requests are kindly requested to inform us at least one week before departure.
- For the safety of all passengers, the overnight cruise program is not recommended for the following guests:
- Individuals who are not physically or mentally fit to participate in the program.
- Individuals with symptoms of hallucinations, sleepwalking, claustrophobia, or epilepsy.
- Elderly guests aged 80 years or above.
- Guests weighing over 100 kg (Vietnamese nationals) or 120 kg (foreign nationals).

12:00 – Enjoy lunch on the day boat.
15:30 – 16:30 – Return to Athena Cruise. Guests have free time to relax in their cabins or on the sundeck. The onboard sauna is available for guests to enjoy free of charge.
17:00 – 18:30 – Enjoy the Happy Hour promotion: Buy 1 Get 1 Free drink.
17:30 – Join the Vietnamese Cooking Class and learn new cooking skills.
19:00 – Enjoy a special Gala Dinner served on board.

Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation: If your cancellation is made up to 7 days before your departure date, you won't be charged any fee.
3 to 7 days before departure: 50% charge of the total booking cost.
Less than 3 days before departure: 100% charge of the total booking cost.
